ScrapMuch? Sketch-y Friday DT- All Dressed Up!

 Hi There and another Happy Sketch-y Friday to all!
We are getting so close to Christmas I just can't believe it, however we are going to rewind a bit to Halloween first! I'd like to share a layout I created with an old photo of my brothers and I "All Dressed Up" I think we looked so cute!!

Here is my layout...

I really love how this layout came together. 

I used a stencil and some white ink to get the bats on the background of the layout. I dont think I have EVER used white ink!

And I used some texture medium with the same bat stencil on the bottom of the page along with some great Halloween embellishments I had in my stash!

ScrapMuch Sketch-y Friday DT- Thankful

Welcome back and TGIF!
Today I would like to share another layout I have created for ScrapMuch?'s DT and Sketch-y Friday contest! This layout is from this Thanksgiving weekend. Some of the leaves had started to fall, so we decided they must be jumped in! My Mom, "Sister in Law", nephews and I raked the leaves up and then had some fun!! Here is my layout...

I used my Tim Holtz ink to dress up this tree just a little bit and added a button, this cute owl brad, and some chipboard stickers from a ScrapMuch? Kit!

I of course used one of my favourite techniques, which is texture paste and stencils...

I made a couple tags by hand to stick under my title!

Today I am excited to share a new layout created for ScrapMuch?'s Sketch-y Friday Design Team.

I am also very excited as today we leave to go to ScrapMuch?'s Fall Retreat where we can create and spend time with family and friends for 3 days!!!

I created this layout to enter into the Burford Fair under the category of Family History. It is a shot of my grandma and grandpa on their wedding day!

Hope everyone has been enjoying this week and the last hurrah of warm weather we have been having.
Today I am sharing a layout created for the Burford Fair and how fitting that the layout is about none other than the Burford Fair! ha! Featured are some of my favourite family shots from 2014's Fall Fair.

I kept this layout fairly simple but enjoyed using my moms neat circle stamp she has and added some fussy cutting in here and there.

When my fiancé and I went away in September we took our pup to the cottage and he went on his first boat ride. Here is a good shot I got of him enjoying the ride...

 Hi There and Happy Thanksgiving Weekend!!
Today I am sharing another layout for ScrapMuch?'s Sketch-y Friday Challenge.
Over Labour Day weekend My fiance and I took a weeklong trip to a cottage and brought our pup with us! It was so much fun taking the dog for boat rides and watching him play in the water for the very first time. I snapped some photos of my guy and my pup enjoying the lake! Here is my layout...

I cut out a bunch of circles and stars from a cricut cartidge and layered them all over my page.

I also purchased a new stencil the night I was at a ScrapMuch? Pizza Crop...I can't have too many stencils!!

What a beautiful Fall day we have today and what better to share than a Fall layout!

Last October I went pumpkin picking with my Mom, Dad and two nephews. We had a blast goofing around the farm and taking some lovely photos with the nice Fall backgrounds. This one is my Dad and I snapping a nice picture together. Here is the layout...

Today I am sharing a layout from my sister in laws wedding day.
I have been using some pink baby paper for all of her layouts and I just love the way it all comes together.

I am extra excited for this Friday as I have this weekend off work...YAY!
Today I would like to share a layout for ScrapMuch?'s Sketch-y Friday.
This layout is from last Summer and it was my sister in law's bridal shower.
It was such a beautiful day and us girls went outside for some photo ops! It was just so sunny and bright out we couldn't find a spot where the sun wasn't in our eyes! We had a good laugh trying to take photos all over the yard! You can tell from our cute squinty smiles ;)

I used a lot of stamping and paint splatters all over this layout and I just love how it turned out!

I also used glaze pens all over this page for journaling, and doing some of the circle elements.

Boston & Neo- ScrapMuch? Sketch-y Friday DT

It's FRIDAY!!!

Today I am sharing another layout for ScrapMuch?'s Sketch-y Friday.

Now that I have a puppy, I am so happy I can snap shots of him to add to my list of things I like to scrap! This layout features my pup Boston and his best buddy who lives next door, Neo. They are quite the pair and spend a lot of days playing together while the humans go to work. What a life!

So here it is, the two decided to have a rest and pose for some photos on a hot day...

I kept the layout fairly simple as far as techniques go, but I just loved the dog paper and embellies I picked up.

One of the patterned papers had dog tags all over it so I fussy cut a couple out to make these cute tags and cut out and jazzed up the sayings a bit too.

I just love the wooden elements I was able to pick up at this years Scrap Fest!

I also used my new glaze pens to do some doodling on my page here and there!
